Trainee Butcher – South Dublin

Responsibilities:

• Have excellent customer service
• Ability to cut quality meats, fish & poultry
• Knowledge of HACCP and knife safety
• Ability to monitor waste and stock control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience of at least one year
• Good working attitude
• Effective communication skills
• Passion for food
