Salary: €35k – €55k plus commission
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen high-calibre candidates for a variety of tech roles across multiple industries
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to match candidates with client needs
• Conduct detailed candidate interviews, assess their technical skills, and align them with suitable opportunities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Stay updated on tech industry trends and market insights to identify potential recruitment opportunities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a related field is an advantage
• A passion for technology and an interest in the tech industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering top-tier service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a hybrid work environment
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
