Supermarket Trainee Manager – North Dublin

Excel Recruitment is excited to announce we are seeking a Supermarket Trainee Manager for our clients’ locations in North Dublin.

The ideal candidate for this Supermarket Trainee Manager role is someone with experience in grocery retail or convenience retailer. We are looking for a driven, passionate, and outgoing person.

Salary: €30k – €35k

Responsibilities:

• Team management and task delegation
• Stock management and waste control
• Outstanding level of customer service
• Ensure HACCP and Health and Safety
• Ability to drive sales and achieve all KPIs
• Excellent communication and organisation skills

Requirements:

• Previous experience
• Track record of achieving sales targets
• Reliable and dependable
• Excellent customer service
