Field Sales Representative Galway – Building Materials

My client is a Builders Merchants, Hardware, and DIY store just outside of Galway City.

They provide all types of building supplies to local builders and as a Field Sales Representative you will be out on the road developing this side of the business.

This is a new role adding to the team and involves a lot of new business development.

To start you will have a list of leads to target but you must also rely on your own industry contacts.

It is essential that this person has excellent building materials knowledge, who comes from a similar role in business development and selling into the building industry.

You must be extremely target driven, with a proven track record of smashing your targets!!!

Salary & Package:

• Salary €35k-€55k negotiable depending on level of experience and industry knowledge and contacts
• Sales Commission
• Fully Expensed Company Vehicle – choice of car or commercial

Responsibilities for the job of Field Sales Representative:

• Selling a wide range of building and home improvement products
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and communicate with your customers about delivery
• Deal with suppliers and the delivery team to ensure orders are processed correctly
• Achieve your sales and KPI targets
• Always provide first class customer service
• Build strong relationships with your customers to encourage repeat business
• Answering customer queries in an effective and time-efficient manner
