Fashion Store Manager – Stillorgan

Are you an experienced retail manager with a passion for fashion, jewellery, and homewares? Do you have a track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs while leading a high-performing team? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are looking for an experienced, operationally focused retail manager with 3+ years of experience leading a premium retail store in fashion or homewares to join a highly regarded Irish retail brand, known for its exquisite jewellery, homewares, and fashion collections, located in South Dublin.

The ideal candidate will thrive on driving sales, hitting KPIs, and ensuring exceptional customer service and store standards. Ideally the candidate is based in the Blackrock, Dún Laoghaire, Rathfarnham and Mount Merrion area.

Key Responsibilities as Store Manager:

• Lead and inspire a dynamic team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Guarantee a consistently exceptional customer experience with a focus on 5-star service.
• Develop and train your team on product knowledge and brand values.
• Oversee the store’s visual merchandising and layout to maintain a premium shopping experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years experience managing a premium retail store, ideally in fashion or homewares.
• Demonstrated success in driving retail KPIs and sales performance.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising and maintaining a premium store presentation.
• Passionate about retail, people management, and enhancing the customer journey.
