Fashion Store Manager – Dublin West

Key Responsibilities as Store Manager:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales and ensure the store meets and exceeds performance targets.
• Oversee stock management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
• Maintain high operational standards, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Foster a welcoming and engaging shopping environment that reflects the brand’s values.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years experience managing a premium retail store, ideally in fashion or homewares.
• Demonstrated success in driving retail KPIs and sales performance.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising and maintaining a premium store presentation.
• Passionate about retail, people management, and enhancing the customer journey.
