Fashion Store Manager – North/South Dublin Opportunities

Our clients, well-established high-street retailers, are looking for Fashion Store Managers to join their teams in North and South Dublin. They offer a beautifully curated selection of clothing, accessories, and homeware, with a strong focus on quality, style, and excellent customer service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to step into a leadership role and grow within a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for fashion and retail, strong people skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruiting, training, and managing the store team
• Oversee stock control, including ordering, replenishment, and inventory management
• Support in achieving sales targets and driving store performance
• Manage and act on customer feedback to ensure excellent service
• Drive and implement commercial merchandising strategies
• Ensure the team is fully trained, motivated, and efficient in their roles
• Help manage seasonal changes and stock levels
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency across the store’s offering

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, with a passion for the industry
• Energetic and driven, with a high level of enthusiasm for retail
• Strong communication and people skills
• A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
• Attention to detail and a focus on customer service
• Team player, with the ability to work collaboratively and motivate others
• Strong interest in developing a career in retail management
