Catering Supervisor – Little Island , Cork

Hours: Monday to Friday | 5:00am Start | Full-Time

We’re on the hunt for a passionate and reliable Catering Supervisor to join a dynamic team where early starts mean early finishes (hello, afternoons off!).

If you’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced food service environment, loves a bit of morning hustle, and can whip a kitchen team into shape before most people have hit the snooze button-then this role is so you.

Salary: €35k

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the day-to-day running of a busy catering operation
• Managing a team of catering staff with enthusiasm and a cool head
• Ensuring top-notch food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
• Handling stock, ordering supplies, and keeping waste to a minimum
• Working closely with the management team to drive performance
• Keeping standards sky-high even before the sun is up

What we need from you:

• Proven experience in catering or food service supervision
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• The ability to thrive under pressure (and smile through the steam)
• A keen eye for food safety and cleanliness standards
• Must be available for those glorious 5am starts, Monday to Friday
