Butcher – North Dublin

Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Butcher to join our client’s team in North Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment with a competitive salary and career progression opportunities.

Salary: €33,000 – €35,000

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cut, trim, and present meat to the highest standards

• Provide excellent customer service and advice on products

• Manage stock rotation and ensure waste reduction

• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards

• Assist with ordering, stock control, and merchandising

• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a butcher in a retail or wholesale environment

• Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cuts of meat

• Understanding of food safety and HACCP regulations

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
