Assistant Manager – Swords

Our client, an award-winning Irish retail chain is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join their busy store in Swords, North Dublin.

Known for their reputation of offering 5* customer service while showcasing the best in Irish designs, this is a wonderful job opportunity for a fashion-savvy manager.

The ideal candidate for this role is a KPI-driven Retail Manager with excellent communication and people leadership skills with experience in fashion retail or similar.

Skills and experience required:

• 2+ years of retail supervisory or management experience
• Successful record of providing 5* customer service
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a passionate sales team
• A proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong communicator and engaging personality
• Love for fashion, crafts, and design

Responsibilities of this job:

• Support the Store Manager with all aspects of driving sales and service across the store
• Coach, train, and develop a team whilst driving sales and KPI’s
• Driving operational standards throughout the departments by developing opportunities and brand promotion
• Training and developing staff in all aspects of the customer experience, including brand and product knowledge
• Ensuring excellent visual merchandising and store layout
