Agency Chefs – Dungannon – £16ph

Excel Recruitment is looking to add to our team of Chefs of all levels who are available for work in Dungannon and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for those Chefs who want to work on a temporary basis in various areas & businesses offering great flexibility and career opportunities.

Many of these shifts will be Monday- Friday daytime shifts, so another fantastic bonus to this is a great work-life balance. This is not a replacement for any permanent work you currently may have.

Chef Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience preparing and cooking in a busy kitchen environment
• HACCP & Manual Handling cert (Excel can supply this is needed)
• Available for various shifts, which may include evenings & weekends
• As Chef you will have knowledge of all food safety guidelines
• Good level of spoken & written English

Chef Responsibilities

• Working in a busy kitchen following the Head Chefs instructions
• Work on your own section ensuring it is fully set for service
• Always cook food to the highest standard
• As Chef you will need to follow your supervisor’s instructions
• Consistently keep yourself and your work area in the kitchen clean
• Follow all health & safety as well as food safety guidelines
