Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bakery Manager, Deli Manager or similar role in the food industry.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of bakery operations and food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
