Luxury Sales Consultant – Diamonds

No jewellery experience required – ideal for individuals from service-focused industries

Our client, a prestigious diamond retailer based in Dublin City Centre, is currently seeking a service-driven Luxury Sales Consultant to join their boutique team.

Renowned for delivering 5-star customer experiences and exceptional diamond expertise, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business that values excellence, elegance, and genuine client care.

While previous jewellery or diamond experience is not required, we are especially interested in individuals coming from hospitality, high-end retail, or airline backgrounds (such as cabin crew). If you have a natural ability to deliver outstanding service and thrive in a refined, customer-focused environment, this could be the perfect next step in your career. Extensive product training will be provided.

Responsibilities of this job:

• Support the store team in delivering a 5* customer journey.
• Ensure the store is maintained to the highest of standards.
• Offer your expertise in all areas ensuring your client/customer feels valued and confident with their choice.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere, encouraging and building strong relationships with both your colleagues and your customers.

Skills Required:

• 2+ years’ experience in offering a premium customer experience.
• Confident and self-motivated with excellent communications skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to learn and develop.
• Interest in jewellery and diamonds.
• Flexible to work 3-5 full days including mandatory Saturdays.
