Excel Recruitment is delighted to partner with a top-tier Irish residential developer to recruit a Site Engineer for a permanent role in Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large-scale residential projects with a company known for valuing and investing in its people.

Responsibilities for Site Engineer:

• Oversee and monitor subcontractor works to ensure quality control.
• Manage site drawings and coordinate setting-out duties.
• Supervise groundworks, civil works, RC frames, and residential plots.
• Develop strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery.
• Maintain accurate site records and quality assurance documentation.

Requirements for Site Engineer:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• A HETAC Level 8 qualification in Engineering.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple project elements effectively.
