Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from potential and existing customers, providing accurate information on insurance policies and services.
• Assist customers with policy queries, renewals, and general inquiries, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Verify customer details, process updates, and maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.
• Provide clear and professional advice in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-first approach.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and updating customer records accurately.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport and handle queries professionally.
• Fluent verbal and written English essential
• Available to work full time in Ireland
