ADR Tanker Driver

Excel Recruitment is seeking a ADR Tanker Driver to join our well know client’s team in Kilkenny.

This position will give you the chance to develop skills and experience with a market leading brand along with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Primary Purpose of the Role:

To load, transport and deliver oil in a prompt, professional and safe manner in accordance with Company and legal standards. To ensure truck and maintenance schedules/paperwork are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the truck to the destination in a safe manner and by following all traffic rules.
• Chart out the appropriate route using maps or GPS
• Safe, accurate, and timely delivery of all goods.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Must hold a current C License
• ADR / Haz Chem certificate is essential
• CPC Certificates essential Experience in the Logistics / Freight or Ideally Oil industry is essential

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: €38, 896 per annum (gross) – Subject to review each year in line with company and personal performance) This salary is also for someone with no ADR experience. If they have a number of years of experience, the rate goes up.
• Meal Allowances: €3,900 per annum (tax free)
• Bonus: 5% (yearly) subject to rules of the company scheme
• Holidays 22 days
• Pension

• Other benefits included in the contract, such us, Taco card renewal, CPC training, ADR refresher, Death in service, PHI, paid certified sick leave (20 days per annum).
