The responsibilities of this Area Manager job:

• Oversee the management of all 15 shops in the South Dublin, including 15 shop managers, social activation staff, and volunteers.
• Conduct regular shop visits and review shop performance against targets, including sales, pricing, donations, stock rotation, and space utilisation.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop shop managers, volunteers, and social activation staff to build a strong and effective team.
• Collaborate with shop managers to implement annual fundraising initiatives and achieve profit targets
• Identify new opportunities to grow your area

Skills and experience required for this job:

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a similar role as fashion Store Manager, Cluster Manager, or Area Visual Manager – or similar
• Strong commercial acumen
• A background in fashion is desirable however all retail industries will be considered.
• Exceptional communicator and strong leader
• Extensive experience in financial management, including P&L oversight and KPI reporting
• Full driver’s license.
