Assistant Venue Manager – Dublin City Centre

Salary: €45k – €50k

Roles and Responsibilities as Assistant Venue Manager:

• Fostering a high performance culture across the venue by ensuring team members are performing to their full potential and capacity
• The overall operational management of the Club and the attainment of business targets;
• Maximizing the financial performance of the business
• Compliance with legal and company guidelines in relation to such areas as Health and Safety, gaming requirements, etc

Who you are:

• Highly personable and excellent communicator
• Ability to lead from the front and to get results through others
• Experience within hospitality or relevant industry a bonus
• Strong customer orientation
• Excellent Cash Management
• Strong business acumen
• Flexible and target driven
• Excellent time management skills and highly organized
