German Speaking Customer Service Specialist – Fully Remote

Our client, a rapidly growing US e-commerce startup, is expanding in Ireland and looking to hire German-speaking Customer Service Specialists (Ireland based) to join their Customer Experience team.

This fully remote role is perfect for someone proactive and solutions-driven, with a passion for delivering top-tier customer support in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilties:

  • Support buyers and sellers via email and chat
  • Resolve queries on orders, payments, shipments, and platform use
  • Use internal tools to drive quick and effective solutions
  • Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and escalate issues
  • Spot trends in customer feedback to help improve processes

About You:

  • Fluent in German and English, with experience supporting the DACH region
  • 2+ years in customer service or support
  • Comfortable working weekend shifts on rotation
  • Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience with support tools and e-commerce platforms a plus
