What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the day-to-day running of a busy catering operation
- Managing a team of catering staff with enthusiasm and a cool head
- Ensuring top-notch food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
- Handling stock, ordering supplies, and keeping waste to a minimum
- Working closely with the management team to drive performance
- Keeping standards sky-high even before the sun is up
