Salary: €16ph – €17ph
Role Responsibilities of this Butcher:
- Expertise in all aspects of meat cutting, including deboning, trimming, and portioning
- Ensuring strict adherence to food safety standards and HAACP compliance
- Efficient management of inventory, stock rotation, and orders to maintain freshness and availability
- Providing outstanding customer service, offering advice on meat selection and preparation
- Operating and maintaining butcher equipment and tools to high standards
Requirements of this Butcher:
- Proven experience as a butcher, ideally within a retail environment
- In-depth knowledge of meat cuts, handling, and processing techniques
- Familiarity with HAACP standards and food safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
